Nevio called and asked if i could accompany him on stage for his „Berlino“ album release… a few days before the concert we rehearsed at his hi-tech studio, which is located in a complex in an interesting part of town. On the big day, early in the afternoon, fans were already waiting in line, six hours before show-time!
The energy was great, Nevio was great: a very cool and relaxed guy who doesn’t act as famous as really he is. His fans seem to genuinely love him as a person.
It was a great show… a lot of fun!
My singer Dani Ke was there (Shota, our bassist, was sick in bed that night… we really missed him… get well quick, Shota!) and Dani grabbed my arm and whispered „We have to do a song in Italian!“
If you ever wondered how my tonsils look… here you can have a peep *

Just checked the video you link to and I have to say the harp really adds something to the song. The song’s a little too „romantic“ for my taste (I guess there’s a reason most of his fans are probably girls 🙂 ) but the guy can sing and he’s got a good presence on stage. Thumbs up to both of you! I’ll bet you cost a sack of gold but you’re worth it (Robbie Williams, mate, are you reading this?) 🙂 ! Alright better go I’ve exceeded my smiley quotient for today! 🙂
Cheers!
Muso
Hi again, Muso!I Love the song FIRENZE, maybe, it´s because I am a girl:-)?Or maybe because I was named after Botticelli´s muse Simonetta Vespucci :-)?
Oh thank you.You know, since I was a girl I wished that I was on stage with my big harp…I had many people in my studies (which were quite tough) telling me how hard it is to earn a living as a musician but, happily, I’ve proven them wrong (please don’t be angry Mrs. Hofmann! 🙂 ).That´s a dream come true, really, I am not exaggerating. Everyone’s dreams should come true!
🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 (beat you in the smiley game!)
ps I once met this Williams guy:-) long time ago.
Looking fine as always, lady! 🙂
